All orders are packed in Australia Post PostPak boxes, or unmarked plain boxes. The sender address marked on the back of the parcel will read:

Delivery Prices:
Delivery within Australia is FREE for all orders with a total of $100 or more.
- A flat rate delivery fee of $8.95 applies if the order is to an Australian address and has a total of less than $100.
- Orders to New Zealand addresses are charged a flat rate delivery fee of $30.00 per order.
- Delivery to countries other than Australia and New Zealand are charged a flat rate delivery fee of $28.95 per order.
The shipping fee is automatically added at the checkout based on the delivery address you provide, and your order total.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. A fee of $20 will be charged for re-shipping.
It is the customer's responsibility for follow up the courier service to check their shipment once Tracking number is provided.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Funtasia offer Same day shipping service for orders placed before 12pm on a weekday (Mon to Fri). For orders after 12pm on a week day will be ship the following business day. Except for pre order products
Orders after 12pm on Friday , Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next business day.
Funtasia do not ship products out on NSW public holidays.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes we do but only to P. O. Boxes within Australia.
