If an order contains a pre-order product, then it will be sent together with the pre-order product when it becomes available. Unless the customer emails to request for the available item to be sent first.
Once a customer order is placed, our pick and pack team will pack your order for dispatch. If you need to make any amendments, please contact us via phone as soon as practicable. Email amendment requests are slower as our support team might not get to your email quickly enough.
Once the product is dispatched, we cannot make any changes. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure all information on orders is correct before placing the order. This includes name, address, product quantity, shipping type, and extra notes.
You understand that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Funtasia the Adult Shop makes no warranties of any kind whatsoever whether express or implied, and specifically no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and in no event shall Funtasia the Adult Shop be liable, whether, in contract or tort for any damages to the user in respect of economic loss, any loss or damage to property or death or injury to any person of whatever nature and however or wherever sustained that arises out of or is in any way connected with the purchase or delivery of any product.
Where any condition or warranty cannot be excluded under applicable legislation, liability of Funtasia the Adult Shop for breach of condition or warranty shall be limited to either: (a) replacing the product; or (b) crediting the cost of the product to the user. In no event shall Funtasia the Adult Shop be liable for exemplary, special or consequential damages or losses or loss of profits.
Funtasia the Adult Shop and its logo are the subject of registered trademark applications in the United States, UK, Australia, and other countries and may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not belong to Funtasia the Adult Shop.
When ordering from Funtasia the Adult Shop, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to investigate and ensure that you can lawfully purchase the goods you order.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct name, address, and email address.
It is the customer's responsibility to be available for parcel delivery.
A tracking number will be sent out via email once an order is dispatched from our warehouse. Note: Free shipping promo might not have tracking for smaller parcels.
It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the parcel at the local Post Office for any unattended attempt of delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to check their emails for tracking numbers and track their orders to be available for collection. Please also check your 'Junk Mail' if you have not seen a tracking email from Funtasia within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.
The parcel will not have a signature on delivery and the courier will place it in a safe place if the customer is unattended during delivery.
Funtasia is unable to re-direct or change an address for an order once it is dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a re-direction or to organise delivery options.
The order could be split into multiple parcels due to products being available at different stores.
Any returns due to an incorrect address, cancellation of order while in transitand overdue pick up at the local post office will be charged a $25 fee. An extra $10 fee will be charged to re-dispatch an standard shipping items and $15 for express post.
Please contact us via email at sales@funtasia.com.au if you think your parcel has been returned to sender. There will be instructions on how you can pay the fees for re-dispatch.
Any orders before 12pm on any business day will be dispatched on the same day, subject to product availability in our stores and warehouse.
If a product is available at another store, we will ship it to our warehouse first then it will be dispatched from our warehouse in West Ryde NSW.
Orders on public holidays and weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

Expect your delivery between 3 to 6 business days depending on dispatch location and destination.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping promos are Standard Australia Post. Smaller items may be sent as padded mail and may not have tracking.
Express Shipping
Express shipping to expect 2 to 5 business days depending on dispatch location and destination.
Please contact us if you are unsure of the delivery time to your destination to avoid disappointment and expectations.
Expect your delivery It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order. Incorrect address details that result in a 'Return to Sender; the customer will be charged a fee of $10 for re-shipping.
It is the customer's responsibility to send the product and its packaging in its original condition, otherwise, no refund or exchange will be accepted. Damaged products and or their packaging will not be accepted as returns.
The Same Day Delivery and Uber Delivery Service is only available for Sydney Metro postcodes only. We are currently working with suppliers and courier partners to expand our delivery service in the near future.
Funtasia has partnered with local delivery services to provide our customers with a new and exciting Same Day Delivery for eligible Sydney Metro Post Codes.
When you placed your order and have selected Same Day Delivery as your choice of shipping service, you will get that product the same day.
All orders for same-day delivery need to be in the system by 12:30pm Monday to Friday. And by 11am Saturday. Sunday there is no Same Day Delivery service.
Orders by 12:00pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders after 12:00pm will be delivered the following day.
At checkout, if your postcode is in the eligible area for same-day shipping then you will see an option called " Same Day Delivery - Buy Today Get Today "
If you do not see the same-day delivery option, then your postcode is not in the delivery area or the product you have selected is not available for immediate shipping.
Costs for our Same Day Delivery Services are calculated by the distance between the customer and the store.
Click & Collect is currently available from all of our locations. Please allow up to 1 hour for our staff to pick and pack your order.

Our same-day sex toy delivery service is available seven days a week between 10 am and 9 pm in West Ryde and between 10 am and 10 pm for the Penrith store.

How much does it cost for our 2-Hour Sex Toy Delivery service?
When checking out, enter your address and postcode. The system will calculate your Uber cost based on your location.
If Uber delivery does not activate after you have entered your postcode, then your postcode might not be in the delivery area. You can send us an email at sales@funtasia.com.au for a custom delivery option.
Product Availability
Our website and local store updates inventory regularly to ensure you will have what you ordered. However, if the product is not available for 2-hour delivery, we will contact you via email and offer of standard shipping via Australia Post.
How does 2-Hour Express Sex Toy Delivery work?
We use Uber Connect and Courier Partners for same-day delivery service in Sydney. Note: Uber delivery is a curbside delivery service, the customer MUST be in attendance for the delivery.
1. Once your order is placed and our local store has picked and packed your order, we will arrange with Uber/Courier Partners for delivery within the operational hours stated above
2. Tracking facilities will depend on the courier service that is used. If available, we will provide the tracking number so you could track the movement of your adult toy parcel. Please use the tracking provided and be prepared to meet the driver outside your nominated address to collect the parcel from the driver's car window.
3. If no one is in attendance at the nominated address, our courier/Uber will leave the parcel in a safe place.
We will not take any responsibility for any lost parcel if our courier has to leave the parcel in a safe place at the nominated shipping address.

Cancel the order for 2 Hour Delivery of Sex Toys Service
The customer is unable to cancel orders for this service once the courier has picked up the parcel. Please choose carefully and ensure you are 100% sure before placing your order. It is important that you contact us if you have questions about a product or the shipping service before placing your order.
Exchange/Refund for 2-Hour Express Delivery of Sex Toys Service
The policy for exchange/refund is the same as below.
Funtasia the Adult Shop cannot exchange or refund products because of incorrect choices. Please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to accept returned products that do not meet your expectations. All battery-operated products are tested prior to being dispatched.
Refunds will not be accepted or processed while products are still in transit/late/delayed to or from the customer.
Refunds can only be processed once products are received by Funtasia and checked for damages according to the terms and conditions of our returns. Or if the parcel is confirmed lost with a written notice from Australia Post/Courier Partners.
Customer cannot request a refund while products/order is in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order before the product/s is dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product back to Funtasia for exchange or refund at the customer's own cost.
For all products purchased online including Click & Collect, Uber delivery, or through any other digital medium, it is the customer's responsibility to return the product to Funtasia for an exchange or refund.
We will try our best to pick and pack according to the order. However, if there are any products missing or incorrect products dispatched, we will try our best to resend the correct product at the earliest convenience using only Standard Australia Post Shipping.
All Click & Collect and Phone orders: We will hold it for a maximum of 7 business days. After this period, your order will be canceled and refunded. If the order is not paid, it will be canceled and restored to stock.
All types of Electronic Cheques payments for orders (usually via PayPal eCheck) will be held until eCheck is cleared. Customers should consider other payment methods if the order is urgent.
eCheck usually takes 3 to 5 business days to clear.
For all refund requests other than faulty products after the product has been dispatched, the customer will be charged a flat fee of $20. This fee will be deducted from the customer's payment and the difference will be refunded.
Strictly no orders can be canceled while in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to send the product back to the Funtasia warehouse before a Refund/Exchange can be processed. Refund/Exchange is subject to Product Inspection.

Funtasia will request proof of transaction on all orders using a credit card. This is a directive from our bank to reduce online fraud.
All sales that are bank deposits will be pending until funds are cleared.
Your order will be on hold until we get confirmation from our bank that the funds are cleared.
For faster processing please use other payment options on our website such as Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay, ZipPay, Klarna, Latitude Pay and Humm.
