How does Same Day Delivery Works?
When you place your order and have selected Uber as your choice of shipping service, you will get that product the same day.
How much does same day delivery cost?
Same day delivery is charged at a rate set out by uber per delivery to eligible post codes.

For Wagga Wagga postcodes delivery is available between 4pm and 5pm the same day you placed your order.
What time of the day will the service be available?
Express Uber Sex Toys Delivery in Sydney
Available 7 days a week.
Sunday to Wednesday - 10am to 9pm
Thursday to Saturday - 10am to 10pm
Express same day delivery for Wagga Wagga
Monday to Friday only
Hours are 4pm to 5pm.
As long as you placed your order and select local delivery before 4pm you will get your order on the same day
Does UBER delivery driver come up into my door or building for sex toy delivery?
Uber delivery is a kerbside delivery, please be ready outside your nominate address to pickup your parcel. Any non attendance delivery will be left in a safe area at the nominated address at customer's own risk
Unless you have special needs and are not mobile, please make arrangement with us prior ordering so we can advise Uber of your special needs.
What if my parcel does not get to me in 2 Hours?
We will work very hard with our courier partner Uber to provide you the fastest service and aim to deliver your parcel within 2 Hour. However, in peak period we cannot guarantee the 2 Hour window. Example of peak period are Friday Night, Saturday Night, Christmas, New Year and public holidays.
Funtasia will always try our very best to provide the best sex toy products and services to our customers.
Wagga Wagga postcodes delivery between 4pm and 5pm weekdays only.
Can I get a refund or cancel if my order does not get to me in 2 Hours?
No, because of the nature of the Uber Express delivery. The Uber service fees are prepaid. You cannot cancel your order once it's dispatched.
There are exceptions where you can return the products in store or by post. Unopen and its original packaging, we can credit you the product cost minus the Uber Fee and Extra Packing Fee of $10. Please contact us to discuss if you want to return your products.
We do accept returns/exchange for faulty products via the normal warranty process.

What if the delivery driver left my parcel outside my resident and it's lost or stolen?
Uber Express Delivery is a kerbside delivery service. Customer need to be in attendance when the Uber driver arrived.
Uber driver will leave your parcel on your doorstep, in common area, building foyers for any Non attendance delivery. This will be at your own risk.
Please make sure you are available to be available for the driver when they arrived at your nominated address.

1. I can't see Uber option at checkout?
We offer two service location in Sydney. Please check your postcode above if its in one of the eligible postcode in the list
2. My post code is in the eligible list but I cant see Uber delivery option?
Please make sure your cart meet the minimum requirements for Uber which is $120
3. My postcode is on the list and my cart meets the minimum purchase but I still cant see Uber delivery?
Depends on our postcode falls under West Ryde store or Penrith store service area. Make sure all your products are available at that store.
e.g if you are in the Penrith LGA or surrounds, then all items in your cart will need to be available from our Penrith Store.
4. I still cant see Uber delivery option even I have check and confirm that my order satisfy all the criteria above?
